Terry Webb, RYT, has practiced yoga for over fourteen years, is a graduate of the 200 hour yoga teacher training through Yoga NH, and is Level 1 certified in the Usui System Reiki Tradition. Her practice has included Vinyasa, Bikram, and Hatha yoga. She is an avid runner and originally started yoga to compliment and support her running. Her focus is how the various yoga asanas (poses or postures) improve core strength, flexibility, mental focus, and perseverance all creating a more balanced, healthy and athletic person.
Terry likes to say: “don’t let fear stop you. Don’t say I am not flexible enough, strong enough, or athletic enough. The beauty of Yoga is that it is non-competitive, it is about your individual practice.”
Terry has also found that yoga helps her manage the stress created by her career as the weekend Cat Scan Supervisor at Massachusetts General Hospital, one of the busiest CT departments in the world. Her goal as a Yoga teacher is to pass on the same life improvements that she has obtained through her yoga practice to people of all abilities. When not running, biking, paddle boarding, or practicing yoga; Terry enjoys spending time with her husband Jack and their two golden retrievers Bella and Grover.
